1) Drink lots of water
If you want a glowing skin then you have to drink 7-8 glasses of water everyday. Water makes the skin cells hydrated and moisturized and will give glow to the skin.
2) Eat fruits
You cannot depend on skin care products completely. For taking excellent care of your skin, you need to consume a good diet. Fruits play a very important role in blessing you a glowing skin.
Here are the names of some fruits which should be consumed regularly for a glowing skin –
Oranges, Papaya, Lemon, Watermelon, Cucumber, Pineapples, Mango, Apricot, Apple, Strawberries etc. All these fruits are very good for your skin.
3) Avoid smoking and alcohol
Drinking and smoking leads to dehydration in a human body. They both are even worse to the skin. If you regularly smoke and drink that means you are not even aware about the harm you are causing to your skin by this. If you need natural glow and healthy skin, avoid doing this please.
Remember – Smoking thrills but it also kills and Drinking drowns the whole family in that small peg you consume for fun.
4) Set a skincare routine
By setting a skincare routine will help you alot. If you are lazy to put so many efforts for your skin, you can perform just CTM which is Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. It will not even take 10 mins. For better results, do this twice a day and you will see a huge difference in your skin tone & glow.
5) Use products which have vitamin C
Try to use the skincare products which have vitamin C in it as vitamin C is very good for skin and it adds glow to your face. Consume vitamin C and apply vitamin C regularly for pimple free, radiant & charming face/skin.
6) Use organic and natural products
Try to use products which are organic and made up of natural ingredients. Don’t use products which have chemicals because those will ruin your skin to a great extent. 7) Apply a homemade night cream
Here i am going to tell you the homemade night cream which you have to apply before going to bed. You need to take 1 spoon of glycerin, 1 spoon of lemon and 1 spoon of pure rosewater. Mix them together by using cotton ball apply it gently and evenly on to your face . It will repair your skin overnight and the next morning the result will amaze you.
8) Consume homemade miracle drink
You need to take 4 teaspoon of Giloy stem juice, 4 teaspoon of wheat grass juice, 4 tea spoon of Aloe Vera juice, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric juice and add equal amount of water in it and have it . After having this juice make sure you don’t eat anything for next 40 mins. Drink this daily and you will see the magic that this drink will bring in your skin tone. 9) Exercise daily
By exercising daily you body becomes hyperactive and your skin gets tighter. By sweating through exercise, your skin and your body will feel very good and it will make your body fit, adds glow, make your mind fresh and body energetic.
10) Live stress free life
Try to live a tension free life as it will make your mind relax. Skin also will feel good which will result in addition of natural glow to your skin and it will definitely make you happy.
