“Law” is a legal field of education initiated in the year 1987, offered under the Advocate Act of 1961. The education of law is offered at undergraduate level under the course of Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) which is governed and regulated by the BCI (Bar Council of India). National Law University (NLU), Delhi

Established in the year 2008, NLU is ranked as one of the elite institutes for education in Law. The institute is one of those in the league to develop an integrated course of LLB along with graduation. NLU offers the program of BA-LLB as a 5-year integrated course to which a candidate is eligible only when he/she has obtained a minimum of 50% score at 10+2 level.

Admissions for the program are considered on basis of score achieved in the exam of All India Law Entrance Test. Beyond the integrated course, the institute is well reputed for its Master’s degree in field of Law which runs full-time over the span of 2 years. PG Diploma course is yet another flagship program of NLU and the admissions for both the programs, i.e. Masters’ degree and PG Diploma course, require its students to possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum score of 50% in the required field.

For Ph. D. program, a candidate must possess a Master’s degree with a minimum score of 55% in required field. Admissions for the program are then considered on basis of written entrance test. Faculty of Law, University of Delhi

Established in the year 1924, Faculty of Law – Delhi University is a legal institution with excellence at par. The institute is governed and invested by UGC and Ministry of HRD. The institute offers full-time programs at undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph. D. level in one discipline. The institute offers Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM) and Ph. The Indian Law Institute (ILI), Delhi

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi

Established in the year 1998 by the state Govt., The University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and boasts 15 institutes and 2 campuses under the hood.
