  1. Lemon and Orange
    Wizen (Dry out) the skin of lemon and orange and grind powder out of it. Dissolve the powder in skimmed milk and apply it on the knees and elbows. Repeat the process until completion of 30 days and you’ll get comparatively light tone with almost no dark patches.
  2. Turmeric
    Use turmeric to remove the dark shades of knees and elbows. Use turmeric and gram flour or flour to make a paste. Make a thick blend by fusing fresh cream, milk and flour in turmeric. You just need to take powder of turmeric, chironji and madder, mix a little honey, lemon and rose water to make a paste.   7. Masoor lentils
    Simply mix lentil powder, egg yolk, lemon juice and raw milk to obtain a paste. Apply this paste on knees and elbows once a day.
  8. Gram Flour
    Gram flour is considered to be relatively faster remedy for removal of dark skin. Obtain a paste by mixing 2 teaspoons gram flour, 1 teaspoon mustard oil and a little milk. Apply it on the knees and elbows once a day and realize the beauty of nature at its best.
  9. Baking soda
    Using baking soda is the simple formula one can have to easily get rid of dark skin problem. Take a teaspoon of baking soda and dissolve it in the milk. Apply this paste on the knees and elbows. Using it 2 times a day improves the health and color of skin.
  10. Olive oil
