All you need to make a garlic tea is 3-4 garlic cloves, water according to the cup of tea you want, a piece of ginger, honey as per taste you can also use sugar free, and lemon juice. Grind the garlic and ginger separately into a fine paste. Boil the water and pour it into the mug (Don’t use plastic utensils) and add ginger paste in the same mug. Crush the cloves of garlic and add to the mug. Now you can add honey and lemon juice according to your taste. Stir and enjoy your hot garlic tea.


Add 1 tablespoon lime juice in lukewarm water. Grind 1-2 pieces of garlic and mix it well in the water. Drink the water before it starts cooling. it is more effective when we drink it warm. Garlic helps in energy boosting, calories burning and keeping you fit. Garlic basically boosts the metabolism of the body and helps in losing weight. Take 2-3 cloves of garlic. Grind them properly and mix with honey. Wait for 10-15 minutes to sit them well. After 15 minutes you can consume the concoction. 5. GARLIC MILK for Weight Loss

To make garlic milk you need fresh milk according to your daily consumption level, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper and honey (according to your taste). Crush the garlic cloves. Boil the Milk and add grind garlic paste into it wait for 10-15 seconds than add black pepper and turmeric. Heat the mixture on low flame to soften the garlic. Then remove it off the burner and filter the mixture with the help of strainer.Now you can add honey according to your taste and drink it lukewarm. it will also help to reduce the migraine pain.
