How to Cancel or modify Air Asia flight Booking ?
These days most the travelers are facing issues in getting the refund or credit shell for the cancelled flight that they had booked with the Online Travel Agencies, Local Travel Agents or Directly with the Airlines. Due to the shortage of staff people are not able to reach the agents or the airlines staff. Due to this Airlines has given an option on their website to get it done by self. Some of the passengers still not able to get the credit shell, refund or Rescheduling done.
Below are the Steps given to Apply for a credit shell, or refund or reschedule a flight ticket on Air Asia website without any hassle.
STEP 1
Login to www.Airasia.com and Login to your Air Asia account if created earlier. If not created an account suggest you to sign up using the registered email id given at the time of Air Asia flight ticket booking.
STEP 2
Once the Account is created Login to Air Asia Membership Account.
STEP 3
Go to the link on the top right corner says Support and under Support click on the link says chat to AVA now. You will be redirected to the Automated chat bot.
STEP 4
It will give you an option of COVID-19 flight changes option. Select that option and you will get few reasons mentioned out of which you have to select one reason due to which you want to make changes or cancellation to your flight ticket. Make sure you will not select the option of Travel agent otherwise it will redirect you to the Travel agent only.
STEP 5
If you wish to make a date change select move flight option. If you wish to cancel the flight select Credit Account (365 Days).
STEP 6
Enter the PNR to pull the booking and once the booking is pulled out select the passenger number and get the needful done.
You may face an issue if it’s a travel agent booking. Do not worry about it. Just pull your booking in your Air Asia account and get the Agency code from there and put it in the last step to proceed further. You will definitely be able to complete the Cancellation and rescheduling of your flight tickets.
